Return and Refund Policy

At Cherished Keepsakes, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from our website.

you may exchange eligible items purchased from Cherished Keepsakes within 30 days from date of delivery.
Custom made or personalized items are eligible for exchange if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
The "unique" gemstone will be removed from the returned item and placed into the replaced item.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support at cherishedkeepsakes2025@gmail.com within the 30-day period.
When reaching out, provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the exchange and any relevant photographs if the item is damaged or defective.

Cherished Keepsakes will provide a return shipping label for your exchange, if it is returned in original packaging.

For your peace of mind and ours, we strongly recommend that exchanges be shipped using a tracking and insured label we provide. If you return items in your own packaging, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured method of shipping. Please provide us with the tracking information once your exchange has shipped.

Upon receiving your item and completing the inspection, we will promptly notify you of the status of your exchange. We will repair, replace or correct your order within 7 business days.
